The Hidden Hollow LLC Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These terms apply to go.hiddenhollowbr.com and hiddenhollowbr.com (the site) and to the email and text messages The Hidden Hollow LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as The Hidden Hollow, sends to people who contact us through it. By using the site or submitting one of our forms you agree to them.

The site

The site describes our venue and events, lets you join our waitlist, and lets you buy event tickets. Content is provided as general information and we may change the site or these terms at any time; the date above shows the current version.

Contacting us

When you submit a form you agree that we may reply by email or phone using the details you gave us, to answer your question and to confirm your waitlist spot or ticket.

Tickets and payments

Ticket purchases are processed by Stripe. Ticket terms, including refunds and transfers, are shown on each event's page before you buy. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time shown on your confirmation.

Text messaging terms

Our forms carry two separate SMS consent checkboxes. If you check the non-marketing box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from The Hidden Hollow LLC about your waitlist status, ticket orders, and event reminders. If you check the separate marketing box, you agree to receive marketing text messages about upcoming events, special offers, and announcements. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program name is The Hidden Hollow Alerts. For support, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 225-777-6879.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, The Hidden Hollow LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from messages sent under these terms.
