The Hidden Hollow LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as The Hidden Hollow, operates go.hiddenhollowbr.com and hiddenhollowbr.com (the site), including our waitlist and event ticket pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist or buy an event ticket we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and, for ticket purchases, your billing details, which are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm your waitlist spot or ticket, send you updates about the waitlist and events you signed up for, remind you before an event, and answer your questions.
Text messaging
We ask for two separate types of text message consent on our forms, each with its own checkbox. If you check the non-marketing box, we will send you text messages about your waitlist status, ticket orders, and event reminders. If you check the separate marketing box, we will send you marketing messages about upcoming events, special offers, and announcements. Checking one box does not opt you into the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising cookies. It is served through our funnel page platform, whose form may set cookies needed to submit the form and to block bots; those cookies are used only for that purpose. Emails we send may include a tracking link so we can tell whether a message was opened or a link was clicked; that information is used only to follow up with you about your waitlist spot or ticket.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. Your information is stored in our CRM, where access is limited to The Hidden Hollow LLC staff who need it to serve you and to the agency that operates our CRM on our behalf, and our service providers protect it under their own security programs. Card payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store your card number. We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your waitlist spot, ticket, and any resulting service, and we delete it on request.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our forms, email, texting, and payments (our CRM platform, the agency that operates our CRM on our behalf, and Stripe). They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails. Email us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
